The problem is that there is a new element to the Syahrul Yasin Limpo case in the form of leaked investigation documents that allegedly have been used for legal analysis by lawyers for Ministry of Agriculture officials. Syahrul’s lawyers include former KPK employees who had conflicts with Firli Bahuri.
This case has become even more convoluted because the Attorney General’s Office has apparently initiated investigations into other cases within the Ministry of Agriculture. Additionally, the police have received reports about the possession of firearms at Syahrul’s official residence. This case has become increasingly intriguing with additional attempts to obstruct the investigation.
